create a homepage template for lawn care

I need a homepage template designed for my lawn care service that I am starting. Here is what I am looking for: - A header with space for a logo and a main navigation. - A sidebar block with the regions that I am serving. - Another sidebar block with the services I am providing. - A mini contact form in the main content area of the homepage. - Main navigation section of the website - Link to go back to the homepage - Resources [articles and such] - Lawn Care Services - Contact Us page For the first phase, I only want the homepage designed with these elements. I would also need the mockup cut up so I can ask another developer to put it on the website.
