Hi, I'm looking for a professional to re-design a single Photoshop PSD file for a mortgage website. The PSD file that I have is currently built for a political theme, but I'd like to find someone who can re-skin it to match the logo and color scheme of the mortgage business. The layout doesn't have to change, it's really just about creating a new background, along with changing a few of the button colors to match.
I'm attaching the jpg of the PSD file as it currently exists, along with the new logo that I'd like the design to be designed for / around.

- Sunny
- Professional
- Clean
- Lively
Desired COLORS:
- Yellow
- Gold
- Orange
My main goal here (in addition to the task at hand) is to find someone that would like to work together on MANY more of these types of projects in the future. I will consistently be purchasing templates and looking for someone to take the design to the next level and make it unique. Very much in search of my go-to guy (or girl) designer. I'm really looking forward to developing a successful business relationship.

Seeing as we are only dealing with a Photoshop PSD file, you don't have to be a web designer. Any Artist or Designer with photoshop experience should be well suited.
