Design for New Web Site (UWD #1)

We are looking for a web designer who is also familiar with working with Microsoft ASPX pages, and Visual Studio. The worker MUST BE A DESIGNER (NOT A CODER). 1. Project Scope. 1.1. Two ASPX pages. Both pages share a lot of common elements such as header, menu. 1.2. NO LOGO design for this phase. 1.3. NO Flash, NO fancy design, 1.4. NO server side coding. 1.5. Basic image creation, to convert plain text to an text-image with styles & colors. 1.6 You are not responsible for coming up with text-content for the site. you just work on design. 1.7 May be minimal Javascript This project is ALL ABOUT WEB DESIGN !!! 2. Project Implementation. 2.1. You will be supplied a Visual Studio 2010 projects, which contain two ASPX Mock-up pages that are fully functional with code-behind & test data. By running the page using Visual Studio, you will be able to see a MOCK interface with testing data displayed. 2.2. You would need to create CSS, and make changes to the two ASPX pages. NO work on code-behind. This project is ALL ABOUT WEB DESIGN !!! 3. Skills-Required 3.1 - Your primary skill should be Web-layout DESIGN. 3.2 - Also familiar with ASPX, visual studio. Being able to apply CSS element on ASPX GridView controls. 3.3 - NO programming skills required 4. Deliverable 4.1 - End-result is two professional looking ASPX pages. Must look 99% the same on IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. All styles defined inside CSS, not inside the page itself. 4.2 - Give an Initial Preview of first page, with THREE VARIATIONS of design for me to choose from. 4.2 - Upon feedback, include 1 round of major revision, and 5-7 rounds of minor revisions. 4.3 - Follow my instructions closely on what & how each element will be displayed the web page. But you make suggestions & decisions on how to make it looks good & professional. 5. DRAFT Preview: Check the two attached ASPX files to get an idea on what elements will be on the page. Keep in mind, these two ASPX are just a DRAFT at this stage. When your bid is accepted, you will be given two ASPX pages with very similar page elements, but a lot more instructions on how each element should be displayed.
