Customise a Wordpress blog

Hi!
I am looking for someone who is experienced with Wordpress customization and design, to amend a WP template for an existing (but new) blog. The site needs to be clean, professional, attractive and trustworthy (and not too salesy). I can provide examples of styles that I like.
For someone who knows what they're doing, it's simple, but my needs include:
• adding my header graphic
• customizing the background my chosen colour
• remove some items I don’t want
• a subscribe function/ email capture
• SEO optimization and Google analytics so this comes up in search results
• integration for blogging and social media
• add a sales page and link it with paypal so I can receive online payments
• potential to include some adwords, other advertising or affiliate sales in time (if/when this becomes feasible for this blog/business)
• adding new pages (about me, contact etc)
• arrange it so I can schedule posts for publication at a later date
• someone who can be available to answer my questions for about 2-3 weeks after site is done
I would like to see a sample or portfolio of your work in Wordpress.
There is potential for additional development work with this site in future, as I learn what I need, and as the site grows and develops.
My budget small, so I would appreciate only competitive bids.
