Custom website

Hello, We are a UK based company looking to begin marketing our jewelry products online. We are looking for a website to be developed using HTML5, JavaScrpit, PHP, CSS etc… The website must include a feature that allows for dynamic imaging. Bellow are two links for our competitors. Both of these sites offer the dynamic imaging feature. Prior to bidding on the project please ensure that you take a look at these sites and the features that they offer. This project is not simple and should not be underestimated. I have already run into issues with two developers who undertook the project and both after several months realized that they were not able to complete it. I do not want to waste your time nor mine so please make sure that you are very clear on how the feature is built. I need the full website to be built, as well as all the graphics done and all the products uploaded into the dynamic imaging feature. We will be starting with 150 products. The design of the site should be similar to that of the two links provided. We are looking for something modern are you see in our competitors sites. I understand that the project will take 3-6 months to complete. Do not bid if you are not certain that you can complete the project within 6 months. Prior to selecting a candidate I will be reviewing previous work. When you send a bid please send me what you feel are the 3 most relevant works that you have done. Do not send more than 3 because I will only look at the first 3 and I do not want to go through a portfolio. I am also asking for mockup designs prior to awarding the project. I want to be sure that we see eye to eye on the design and the future of the project. I would like to see mockups for the index page. They should be similar to that of my competitors but have a unique twist. I look forward to establishing a long term relationship with you.
