Creativity Needed

Current osc site (heavily modified) needs slight redesign for the login/registration page. Not a tough task for someone good with css, design and perhaps very minimal php (if any). To be completely honest, I don't know 'exactly' what I want yet. I have an idea... but what I can tell you is what I don't like about current login/registration page :) Only changes will be made to <div> area in the center of the page. (don't need a complete page design) PMB for current page and more details about my thoughts. I'm really hoping I can find someone who can take my ideas and contribute fresh ones of their own. I'm looking for someone who can start on this right away and won't take forever to do it :) Please note: I make no 'upfront' payments of any kind.
