Creative designer for website interface

Creative designer needed to design a web interface for a site builder website. The website consists of visitor and member areas which i require your help to be creative and come up with a functional design. You will be granted access to my site upon being awarded the project. The site is php and mysql driven, however you are responsible to design a main page and a sub page for the visitor area, it will probably be the same for the member area, therefore it shouldn't be too complicated. Your design will include the site logo, banners, graphics, icons also. The design must be designed in CSS, no table allowed, the member area contains many form sections which may require more thoughts put into it. I need modern web design, your design and code will be clean and organized and you also understand trends in web design. Your design must be original and must not be a cookie cutter. Please also do not ask me to provide you with 3 example sites that I like, i will let you be creative and you will show me examples and explain to me what you will do instead.
