I need a one page scroll website with 5 content sections, content will be provided. Need design/graphics, layout, and configuration to be done for the website. My only requests are that the menu compliments the section the user is on and that when the user clicks a menu item it jumps to the proper section. Also would like there to be an image in the background that is static something like this [login to view URL] i will provide the static and logo. All other design images and graphics must be created. If it would be better to just purchase the wordpress theme then change all of the images and design i am open to doing this as this is the layout i would like. The content is very minimal just 5 pages of text that need to be incorporated in a good visual manner. CONTENT Home - has the name of the company and logo along with the picture of the static background image. About us - text about the company must be visually appealing Property Owners- \" \" Tenants- \" \" Contact Us- a contact us form as well as the company phone and address etc.
