Branding / Graphic Designs for New Project

We are looking for someone to provide a visual brand and layout for a crowd sourced product development website that is targeted at the music industry and their fans. The demographic is 15-35 year old Internet savvy individuals with a passion for music of any genre and a strong participation level in social networks. Illustrator/Photoshop mockups of all visual elements to be given to the web development team along with any tweaks/changes needed for final implementation and integration. When submitting for this job, please have a solid portfolio that is at least at the graduate level. You should be the kind of person that has subscriptions to all of the print/graphic design publications that take the trade to an artform level. Expert level typography and use of the grid are essential to this project. While this project initially encompasses the development and integration, ongoing design and maintenance as new features come on board will be a requirement as well.
