Bio tech company's logo, website and brochure

We need a logo and some graphical tweaks for a bio tech company's website and a brochure. I'll supply content and demands for color schemes, sizes, etc. Results must be in a png format with a transparent background. Since we're short in budget, we're interested in a relatively low price, even over quality. Payment: we tell you what we want, you supply an example over a non-transparent background with an "EXAMPLE" gray title or something on it (which can't and won't be useful to us), we pay you using paypal, you send the final results and a receipt. We will pay for each mini-project separately.
