Basic Site Redesign

Hi, My company requires a basic site redesign to add a new header, footer and some information in the sidebar of our site, as well as adding McAfee and Verisign coding into our header. This will be an extremely simple job for someone who knows what they're doing and should not take any longer than a day or so. The design of what we already want is very basic and already completed, we would only require you to code what we want and provide us with the code so we can implement it on the site. We would like this started by Tuesday next week and we can provide you most of the information before th starting date then. Please provide work samples. Thank you.
