Add a small image to our volusion template

We have had a Volusion store for the last 5 years. We have 400+ products, and lots of our traffic comes from Google natural search to the product pages. I would like to add a simple JPG image (we have created it already) in a specific location on the product page. It is the same image to be added on every page. The image tells customers about our postage and packaging terms (which are very competitive). You must be experienced with Volusion templates. You must have had positive feedback specifically relating to Volusion. If you do not please do not bid as you are wasting both of our times. If you are able to do this simple task then please contact us. We have several more slightly more complicated tasks that we will then consider asking you to help us (through freelancer) after this project is completed satisfactorily. This is a very very small project and I do not expect to pay more than $250. If you know what you are doing in Volusion, it will be a simple 30 minute job for you. Many thanks Ben
