Basic Update of hosted template Website

I am looking to update the navigation buttons on the top and side of the page. Please take a look at my site prior to bidding. My site is [login to view URL], my site is hosted by City USA and the tutorial on how to update my site is ([login to view URL]) it seems pretty simple but can be tricky sometimes. I would like to complete the following: 1) Update side navigation buttons (something in line with my header) 2) Update the top navigation buttons (something in line with my header) 3) Change the site background to fit my headers. Please include samples with your bid and must be available to during the day EST and especially from 6pm EST to 11 pm EST. Also, I communicate primarily through email and gtalk.
