Need help with creating a blog.

Hi Guys, I am very new to blogging and kind of stuff. I need some person who can help me with -- 1) naming of blog. 2) template selection. 3) categorizing 4) adding categorize 5) adding header with blog. 6) dividing it into two similar sections ( i dont know what it is called) 7) everything other than writing.
