Debug 15 page Website

Hi, I am new to website design, but I have created a website that looks fairly good in Firefox & Safari, but appears horribly messed up in Internet Explorer. I do not have the skills to unify their appearance in every browser. There are also several other problems that I cannot fix (having to do with unifying page appearance & graphic placement - I didn't create a template for the site or styles, just used roughly the same CSS styles within each sheet and did everything multiple times). Anyway, that's the work I need done. In addition to the timeline & quality of work, here is one criteria that I have: 1) The freelancer(s) absolutely MUST speak English fluently. If you aren't a native speaker or I don't mistake you for one, please do not apply. It's simply a matter of communication. I will send the winning bidder all of the source code files so they are not starting from scratch. The site was created in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 on a Mac & I need to be able to edit it on that. The project needs to be completed quickly (w/in a week) and I will need updates and the ability to communicate to the freelancer. Thank you.
