Create simple 1D image for eBook cover

I am looking for someone to create one **Extremely Professional* looking, 1D (one dimensional) eBook cover for me.

Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand.

#1- I need the finished covers as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square image.

#2- I need you to give me the cover in two different sizes:

a- One size needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels.

and

b- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size.

Both must be saved as JPG images.

#2- All images MUST be 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE you will get the images from to verify that they are).

#3- I will give you the textual content that should be placed on the cover, i.e. Title, Subtitle, Author's Name, etc.

#4- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the rights to the finished cover, you must be willing to sign a contract stating this.

This is a VERY simple job as you can create a template to make them all from.

I do these in about 15 minutes each so DO NOT BID more than $5.00. I need **one cover** for now and will need more in the very near future from you.
