We are looking for a reliable online researcher to help us with our real estate project. We will send you an Excel table with data on a number of cities in Canada. You will have to essentially fill in the blanks. We are missing certain entries in this table, and we need a researcher to obtain the missing data (mostly average rent prices and home prices, divided by type of property). We are interested in average selling prices (NOT asking prices) from 2016. We also need a link to the source for each data entry you complete, complied in a list, as well as the date when the price was registered (example: report for June 2016/ report for Q2 2016 etc.) The data should be gathered from reliable sources, such as Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA’s) National MLS®, local MLS, agent websites or brokerages. We must stress that we expect the document to be completely filled-in by the end of the project, and that payment will be transferred only after we review the data entered, and only if we find it accurate.
