brand new website - raise the traffic

It is a brand new website that is about to be complete and needs traffic sent to it. Its upto you how much traffic you think you can bring for the price. Make sure you include it in your bid. The website is based around spooning but is set up like a community site for everyone to talk to each other, etc. and share pictures. It falls unders the file sharing/community/humor categories. I can only send you a link once i have given you the project. It is being finished now. But above is all the info you really need anyway. The traffic needs to be: * Real traffic only. People interested. * No fake or covered links The project will commence 2 weeks from now (at the end of the bidding time on this project). $250 is the max but lower is better. Make sure you include how much traffic you will bring to the site and for what price. Please include how you will go about it.
