We have using Cisco UC520 Router with two analog line,(voice-port0/1/1) & (voice-port0/1/0) when anyone made calls on (voice-port0/1/1) means All incoming call which are coming on (voice-port0/1/1), it's diverted to 206 (ext.). If anybody are unable to receive call on 206 within 15 sec. then call Automatic divert to my Mobile from (voice-port0/1/0) & when anyone made calls on(voice-port0/1/0) means All incoming call which are coming on (voice-port0/1/0), it's diverted to 202 (ext.). If anybody are unable to receive call on 202 within 15 sec. then call Automatic divert to ext. 206 then my [login to view URL] we have some issue,im still getting call drop outs, when i tried to pickup call on mobile, I am getting a lot of call drop out with the phone system at the moment, Can anyone help me on this issue.
