All working under visual basic / c++ and using libraries of opencv the software must acquire images from 6 ip cameras via lan (local network) and process the video at the highest frame rate possible (<10hz 6 720p cameras). The output of the processing is a meassurement of one dimension of a parts moving on a industrial conveyor. I don't want this project to be finished by the freelancer but i need the image adquision and processing working well and the knowledge to complete and expand the project in the future by me.
