Database design and development

I am creating a database to support farm auditing around Europe. Therefore I need to enter lots of different information regarding a farmer/customer into many tables. New data for each farmer would likely be entered monthly, so we would be creating a history fo records for each farmer. I have already created some of these tables. I need someone to: Create a customer ID which will ensure that one farmer is related throughout all the different tables when entering data. Need all the tables to be linked up in appropriate relationships to make the database function. I need fields from one table to be populated into other fields in another table/ or to produce tables. I also need the database to have an area where photos can be uploaded to it and stored in the database. I know there really isn't alot to do, and it wont take very long for the person who knows what they are doing. I can give more exact detail when someone gets the wining bid. I have minimal experience creatign databases, hence why I am putting it on here.
