adjust visual basic script for Chinese and Japanese

I have a script that I need adjusted. I think it only takes one line of code to make the changes.
The code takes as input a bunch of csv files and searches through them for the keywords that the user specifies. I want it to work with 2-byte characters including Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. I mean I want the user to be able to search for a Japanese word or a Chinese word. I am also attaching a sample file that would be searched. It is called [url removed, login to view]
I can supply the rest of the project files if you need them.
I don't expect to pay much more than $30 for this adjustment.
