For simplicity, I would suggest an integrated solution combining MS Access and MS Outlook. With Visual Basic Coding, it is fairly simplistic to integrate MS Outlook with MS Access. You can fully automate the creation of messages with attachments and send them. My question is the database always running so that the code could simply send messages when a certain time of the day is reached? I am available today to work on this project as I understand it is urgent.
