I use a MsAccess database that is connected throw an ODBC to a central database (Clipper). The database named Laboexam, based on a query Qdik1, has report(s)named (Dynamic_Report) that uses underlying code and among others makes the design of appearance of the field “Results”. The database consist of tables named Exam, Fanal, Idfile and Patient. The Exam table has the ability to carry two kind of examinations (medical)inside the field [login to view URL], those that their result appeared in one line and those that the appearance was in more than one lines. The multiple lines exams has templates that are located into the [login to view URL] field. These templates consist of two parts 1. the constant part that comprise the labels and the variable part that is inside brackets. The result from data entry were located into the field fanal.result. The Fanal and the Exam tables has a common field named exam The project is to concatenate, at runtime, these two fields ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) of the database under certain conditions on a record base, and producing a new table that has all the fields of the Qdik1 query and the modified Results field with the same appearance as it looks in the Report (dynamic_Report). Further details should be discussed
