Capture data from a file to output to another file

From a file containing the room number and other details we would like to take a look at the room number and see if there is a guest . Some rooms have multiple beds. From the look up table find out if it is a BASIC EXEC or PREMIUM category and create a file which contains information about the occupied and available beds in BASIC EXEC or PREMIUM CATEEGORY Attached is the example file. Assuming the lookup table contains only 609-1 , 610-1, 610-2 and 611-1 for basic category. Since only 610-1 is available the output file will have a line basic, occupied 3, available 1 . Need the sorce code. Can develop in vb.net or C# with access database or sql express backend
