Calculate Azimuth angle and Elevation angle for normal vector of plane (latitude, longitude, elevation)

I need a function to calculate the Azimuth angle, and elevation angle of a vector that is the normal (or normal vector) of a plane defined by 3 points. These points are each made up of latitude, longitude and elevation. When I give the function the following data I want it to tell me what the slope angle is, (eg 45?) and what direction it faces (eg. 180? = south, 90? = east)

The GUI is not important, it can be a simple console window but calculation is important. I only need the function in VB.net, with documentation.
