affiliate manager required

I need an affiliate manager to acquire affiliates for my site [[login to view URL]][1] . There are 10's of thousands of business and entreprenuerial website on the web. This job is to get them to use my affiliate program. I have the option of paying them a sales commission or flat a fee per registration so you will have tools to sell the program. Once they have been signed up and have a link on their site then the job gets handed back to me so there is on going account maintainence duties. I will pay you a bonus structured on the number of registrations and/or sales acquired from the affiliates you acquire but will also pay a flat fee per new affiliate. In the first instance please just bid for the flat fee you would want per new affiliate. Once I have accepted a bid I will pay monthly as a bonus on the orginal project. Feel free to ask questions.
