ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE - CLEANING / SECURITY START UP - PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES

Looking to engage someone who can assist is setting up a brand new company. Our main aim in this arrangement is to have someone that can assist in setting up procedures/policies and business plans. Must have someone that has experience in the cleaning/security industry, preferably in Australia but not essential. Please provide an attachment of some recent work that has been done along these lines when quoting/bidding on this work. Either an hourly charge or monthly flat rate would be desirable. Must be able to skype, speak good english and have good business acumen.
