animated logo required

Hello,
currently i required one animated logo (flash) for our game work.
logo has to look similar as in attached "logo [url removed, login to view]" file (details provided over it), inside .zip file attached here.
logo must consist:
1- flashing animation as shows in [url removed, login to view]
2- We have to use our animated logo on LCD screen of size (to be used for the game) : 19 inch 4:3
so keep size according to it to look good.
3- quality has to high.
4- logo must consist text " Ammouri Co Ltd" instead of "Royal Seven".
this is small task for any flash [url removed, login to view] update /work required.
