Creating a custom video footage for promotional purposes (less than 15 minutes long)

I would require a video to be made using our video footage and your creativity to go on Kickstarter. This means that the video has to be very capturing especially in the first 5 minutes (as most viewers view this first 5 minutes). There will be many videos that would have to be cut together to present our boardgame and if possible some kind of cool intro. We have a very tight budget, as we have not yet receive the funding from Kickstarter which means we can pay a fix price for the video between the budget presented on here and a later payment if the video is successful and we receive the funding. If it is alright for you to make the video and receive payment at a later date, we can make the payment to be more depending on the quality of the work you have done. There will be more videos to be made and if someone makes this one to be great we will choose him/her in the future as well. The only requirement is that we will need someone with skype and webcam & mic so we can ensure that the person is real and see the video before we submit payment (of course you will only send us the video once we made payment, we just have to see it in advance).
