Cartoon Video Series Design

We're a mobile game developer who require a video cartoon animation series to be created for one of our most popular games. Initially we require one video around 5 minutes long. We need you to design, create and deliver a professional cartoon video which includes scripting, voice over and anything else required in between. The video needs to be high quality matching large brand of videos such as "Om Nom Stories" (check online) and similar to these. If the first video is done to a great standard, we'll then require regular videos to make a series which could mean 100+ videos. We are very careful on who we select and the payment terms, so time wasters/low quality producers need not apply.
