A short animated movie for an app

I like to introduce an app I created with a short animated movie. The idea is to bring the app alive in a movie. So the movie must be a short introduction of the app that I will introduce in the Netherlands. I like to have two phases. Phase 1: The storyboard Phase 2: The movie The creator has to write/create the storyboard and the animated movie. The movie must be about 1 a 2 minutes. I need a high quality of animations and the project must be finished in two weeks from now on.
