I need a 60 second video that has a 3d rendering of the just the uptown portion of the city of Charlotte, NC and some typography to communicate my message. I am a real estate agent and want to specifically target homeowners in uptown Charlotte, NC. This is the center of Charlotte and is about 1 cubic mile or 4.16 cubic kilometers. I use a service that gives me almost exclusive front page placement of homes for sale in this area on a popular website called [login to view URL] that helps home buyers find homes. I want to market this service along with my other real estate services that can help home owners sell their homes faster and better than any other real estate agent. Again, this video is targeted to just a specific audience - home owners in this area.
An example of the 3d rendering can be found at [login to view URL] Please click on the 4th box going from left to right and top to bottom. This is actually part of the city of Charlotte. I am only interested in the center area. It's one square composed of like 4 smaller squares. You'll see it in the video.
For the actual video with some typography, [login to view URL] is a good example. This is for a different city but you can see how the video can start.
I would like to pay about $350-$400 for this 60 second video.
