Blog and Forum Postings to Hair Removal Site

This bid is about posting hair removal content. Each day has to be done the following lot: 1. 1 post to the own blog: 1/3 of the posts must have 100+ words 1/3 of the posts must have 200+ words 1/3 of the posts must have 300+ words 2. 3 posts to the own forum: this can be a new topic or a reply to an existing one 3. 5 posts to other blogs, forums and sites like Yahoo Answer - The home page of these sites needs to have a PR of 4 or more - Each post must contain 2 links, one with the url and keyword phrase I deliver and one to one of your posts on my site. - The link may not have the nofollow tag. 4. Copy all the url's of the posts in 1.-3. into an Excel file and provide the spread sheet to me once a week. This bid is about 30 lots described in 1.- 4. The posts don't have to be done on a daily basic, but on a weekly. This means when every week have to be done 7 lots than you can do it e.g. 3 times on Monday and 4 times on Friday.
