English is my 2nd language and I've been using it since my childhood. I'm a wide reader of various fiction novels from sci-fi to military/spy to thriller/crime genre. I actually have a small library inside my room which consists of 300 novels. I have a vast collection of box sets DVD too and this helps me further improved my English language proficiency. I can understand different accent, too as I was able to work in 3 different countries in South East Asia. I have previous experiences in transcribing audio articles such as interviews, board meetings and podcasts. With this, one of the things I focused before submitting to my client is 100% proofreading. In my previous stint in manufacturing companies, Quality Assurance or Quality Control is the most essential process in every product. In transcription's world, proofreading is analogous to QA/QC. I focused on proofreading at least 2 hours on every hour of audio/video recording, because I truly believe on it's importance. I'm eager to finish any given job without jeopardizing high quality work. I do things right on the first time. Though, I'm new in this field, I can give my best to satisfy my client and provide the best result.
