Call Centre Inbound and Outbound both

FIRST SYNERGY GLOBAL CENTER PHIL CO. We are a brand new call center based in the Philippines and was established last January 2009 with only few accounts started. We are expanding in a very short time simply because of the quality of service that we provide and excellent customer service that we give to both our clients and customers. All of our agents get paid on hourly rate and in exchange we give good results and satisfaction for all our clients. We have two accounts running right now, we have outbound and newly start inbound account. All of them has their own clients, Americans and Australian clients. We are currently running few outbound campaigns such as: 1. Debt Settlement 2. Life Insurance 3. Loan Modification 4. Online Survey We have done also other outbound campaigns like: 1. Advertising 2. Search Engine Optimization 3. Appointment Setting 4. Architectural Glass 5. Surveilance and Security Camera Also currently we just launched our inbound account after striving hard to obtain this excellent project. We are running a Telco account for mobile phones with Australian client and now has 10 seats that work 24/7. We only started with 20 agents and now we have almost 100 agents who are working hard to give excellent service for both outbound and inbound accounts. We are not a big call center but our hearts are as big as veteran and stabled center here in the Philippines. As a member of BPO we are stricly following policies and procedures that make us competitive when it comes to compensation given to all employees. We also have enough equipments to support the hardware and software requirements. We have the best agent that can speak English very well and communicate as one of them. English is our language. Quality is our focus. Success is our goal.
