We're looking for someone to produce end user customer documentation for our SaaS Application including day to day operation and configuration, the job will entail being taking through all operations of the software over WebEx by an engineer and then documenting this. This documentation is designed for a web literate person but not necessarily technical. It is envisaged that the documentation will be around 10 - 15 pages. Secondly we're also looking to create an integration guide that covers our API's and the various options for how customers integrate with our SaaS platform. The API guide is targeted at Developers / Engineers at a Code level integration in terms of how they achieve various elements. Adam.

I am an experienced writer/translator (Dutch-English) of software manuals. I have written productsheets for networking solutions and have designed software (functional design) myself. I estimate that it will take me about three hours per page, for a maximum of 15 pages. That means 45 hours, hourly rate 43 GBP = 1935 GBP. Another 5 hours for checks, conferencing by WebEx, etc. Total: 50 hours, 2150 GBP. This bid is for the manual only, since the other work is not specified enough for me to give you an estimate. I would like to be able to complete the project before July 23, because that is when my holiday starts (although I am willing to finish the project during my holiday).
