Convert SME OS to Xen template file

Hello, I need conversion of SME 7.6 x86_64 OS to a Xen template. The Xen template is basically a tar archive that I can extract onto a new virtual disk every time I need to create this server. I have guidance instructions in a PDF, but you need to know your way around Linux and Xen specifically. The instructions is only my application specific conventions regarding swap, fstab, grub, etc. I use a CentOS environment so for a sake of compliance security I would prefer you use a CentOS Xen host as well. You are welcome to use any other, but if it doesn't work when you send it over; no payment. I just haven't been able to find it anywhere. I have done something like this myself before and thus estimate this to take 2 hours at most.
