Configure simple WCF on WIn 2008 R2 and document

Configure server for WCF using [login to view URL] binding from Windows Service - just sample code from Microsoft - Server will be on Amazon, deliverable AMI + setup instructions using .Net 3.51 I'm getting error : Service cannot be started. [login to view URL]: Service '[login to view URL]' has zero application (non-infrastructure) endpoints. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no service element matching the service name could be found in the configuration file, or because no endpoints were defined in the service element. My code is a sample and works on Windows 2012 / .Net 4.5 but is compiled for .Net 3.51. Need ASAP, will award today to someone with experience on this topic. Looking for someone who has no questions, has setup before. PMB what you've done with WCF before to make me choose you. If you can't deliver via AMI must say in PMB how you will deliver.
