software requirements: 1) To be operated on laptop or most preferably on Touch Screen. 2) To print invoice half A4 size instead of manual receipt. 3) To automatically calculate total price and Grand Total price per invoice after inputing quantity, products, unit price. 4) To provide a list of products available in one click only when making invoices for fast input instead of typing each time. 5) To generate a statement of quantity sold per product for each customers in one Sales Statement. Software should have the capability to generate during specific date period/weekly/monthly/yearly. (THIS WILL BE USED FOR STOCK CONTROL) For example: Generate Sales for 3 April 2017 therefore all transaction during that date should be displayed in one statement for each products including unit price and total sales of the day per product. 6) Security access to certain information on the system. For Example on Total Sales etc. 7) For customers who do not pay full amount of their invoices or buy on credit basis, the software should generate a list of all debtors for specific periods. Those who buy on credit, a statement should be generated weekly or monthly depending on agreed sales conditions. 8) For customers who does not pay full amount of their invoices, the remaining balance should automatically be carry forward to the next invoice. 9) All customers should be registered in the software with their full name, BRN, address etc This is an overall of my requirements, i will be grateful if you provide an approximate cost of the project so that we can negotatiate further.
