We are looking for a person to develop a Touchscreen Monitor application (see attached image of kiosk) in Windows or Android that implements the following: 1. User clicks on “Start” on the touch screen 2. Identification. User Identifies himself via: a. Email b. Name c. A Photo is taken by the application and stored 3. He is presented with a few prepared text questions on the screen 4. Video reply. He replies via a video response to each of the questions asked a. User records his response b. He can review his response c. He can re-record his response d. There is stop clock informing the user that he has to limit his response to within 45 seconds per question 5. Submission: When he is satisfied he can post his response for each question 6. At the end of the questionnaire a. The video responses must be appropriately named and stored locally on an attached USB Drive and also uploaded to a Google Drive / Dropbox (TBD) cloud service to be downloaded later b. The user is sent a thank you email from the system and a link to the videos stored on the cloud c. Before he leaves, he is asked permission if we may post a #tagged image / the videos via a social media post (twitter,Facebook, Instagram) our account d. Automatically Format the video response so it may be posted socially
