- A module of an ERP for healthcare. -The User should be able to create forms using drag and drop to save them as controllers. -These controllers must be embedded in other pages or printed. -The Printing should keep the tab defined by the form builder. -The Implementation should use AngularJS and (optional) [login to view URL] -It may have predefined forms that can be edited or deleted. -The standard should be up to 4 components per line and must be ordened by the number of components in the line. -It should be possible to separate the page in frames such as header, footer, employee informations, risks information, exams informations and physician informations. -Within the frames, components will be inserted as: texts, dates, check boxes, lines as separators. This component will take data from the database at the time of printing. -It should be able to edit the properties such as font size, color, bold, italic, underline, center alignment and aligned to the left or right. - Create a board already defined such as a form with two inputs, a field where they enter the with the height, beside a field where they enter the weight and a label will show the result of BMI calculation in real time. - Examples of documents that will be building by this application in the attachment.
