Creating a simple Enigma2 Plugin for inputing 4 setting values.

I need a simple plugin, which displays 4 input fields like

IP Adress: [login to view URL]

Username: ...........

Password: ...........

Domain: ...........

save ____ abort

The user should be able to input the requested values with onscreen keyboard

for text field and remote controls numbers pad for ip value.

The values should be saved in a textfile in /etc/[login to view URL] like this:

------------------------------------

ip=[login to view URL]

user=xxxxx

pass=xxxxx (not hidden)

domain=[login to view URL]

-----------------------------------

The plugin then should be able to read and display this values when reopening plugin.

I will need the source code *.py and the binary *.pyo and a decription how and where to place the files to get it working.
