Discreet-event simulation model in java

Hi,need some java code that needs to be developed in 3 parts with extensive comment lines so that the code is easily read. i have been given a template to work from and basically to develop the code from it. i have a PDF that I can upload which accurately describes each step in the project. Part 1 : develop Java simulation code to model a single queue transmission link with an unlimited length queue with no loss to measure the system delay. the specification of system to be modelled:Link Rate 10Gbps;mean packet length 8000 bits; packet length distribution negative exponential; InterarrivalTime distribution Negative exponential;Max queue length unlimited;Queue discipline FIFO. This simulation model is then developed to model a queue with a drop-Tail policy to measure the throughput and packet delay with same system spec as above except with a finite queue length 30 packet buffering [url removed, login to view]: when a packet enters service it is removed from the top of the queue and stored in the transmission buffer on the output port immediately starting its transmission, therefore there are total of 31 storage spaces in the queue port link system. the results of the simulation should be written to a file for further analysis. PART 3 is developing part 2 to implement a queue with RED congestion controll. The spec for the system is the same as before with the addition of the following RED algorithm parameters;

wq 0.005; max p 0.05; min th 5; max th 15, s 0.2; max queue length 30.

The code needs to be in 3 seperate files ; 1 for each model with extensive report of how program was built especially the changes that were made to modify the code at each stage. the code needs to be able to stand up to plagerism software controll and needs to be as simple as possible. I am using JDK 6. If the report could be written as per uploaded file then that would be great but not essential.

All I need is the Java code as per template, never mind questions. Just need simulator to work to spec with detailed instructions of how code is developed and how to run it.
