Hey, I have similar experience before. Two years ago, we built a similar web application, which receive user input, and then generate Excel file with Apache POI library. The only different part is we built Excel file on that project. I can help you quickly on this project.

I have an experience in JEE applications (web based applications) ,frameworks like Groovy and Grails, Spring, Hibernate, Struts and JSTL, Maven, CSV, XML . Database - MySQL, and Redis. Used social APIs like - Facebook, Twitter. Payment Gateway - PayPal Responsive UI Design - Twitter Bootstrap, CSS, JQuery. The web applications that i mentioned in my projects are so responsive that they are mobile compatible also. You can also test the PayPal integration. I will provide you the URL for testing purpose if we proceed further. I did similar kind of enterprise level project where i generated Reports in Excel and Word sheet using Apache POI.
