Convert 1548 Visio files from circa 1996 to Version 2003 or higher

We have 1548 seperate files created in Visio (about 899Mb in total) version dated about 1996 (I'm not sure of version number its one of the original versions). We require someone to take each of these files and then convert them into an updated version of Visio, it must be version 2003 or later that they are converted into. We will require 10 x initial files as samples for testing, then the conversion of all can occur. We will then test the finished files and make final payment. If we find that the converted files do not work for us after the first batch of 10 then the job will likely stop at that point. Files will be moved back and forward using dropbox. If you plan to utilise a batch or scrip based process to do the job then the initial batch must be completed using this process.
