Hello, Please message me to discuss details of your project. I am very confident that I can do this project. I have completed a similar project a while back, in which I programmed a software that renamed audio files depending on the file's properties. I'll write this in Visual Basic .NET in Visual Studio 2013. It will run on all major Windows platforms (Windows Vista, 7, 8, to Windows 8.1).
