Call/Chat Queue

The purpose of this project is to have a utility present on my website that will route calls/chat requests from our client’s to available icare workstations it will be referred to as the queue. Also, there should be documentation that describes the finished queue in detail, so that when clients’ need to communicate their phone or website to the portal the process is uniform and easy. At the close of this project there should be a published document that includes detailed information about the queue, and all requirements fully tested before the last payment is sent by icare™.
