CRM System/ Database Required

I am looking for a Customer Relationship Management System to run a tuition agency. The CRM system must have the following features: - Students: an area to input all student's details - Tutors: an area to input all tutor's details (Both of the above must have advanced search options, allowing me to search by a number of fields - ideally there will be an option to search by postcode - i.e. search for tutors who are closest to N7 2F2) - An option to note tasks that need to be done relating to particular students or tutors, ideally linked to a calendar with automatic reminders. - Leads: an area to input potential students who have not yet purchased lessons, with an option to click 'convert' so that the entry is moved from the 'leads' section to the 'students' section. - A report area, showing total sales and potential opportunities - The system should be hosted online via the cloud - I should be able to add other users with different log in details - The system should look attractive, use my company branding, and be simple to use, enabling new users to pick it up very quickly without much training I am looking for a good description of exactly what you would create for me based on the above brief. I would also like to see examples of similar projects you have worked on so I can get a feel for the quality of design and ease of use you would be able to provide.
