Converter for Digital Radio Mondiale Multiplex Distribution Interface. .rec file to MP3 or WAV

I am looking for a simple program to extract the audio from a .rec file which is a Digital Radio Mondiale (digital shortwave radio) recording and is in Multiplex Distribution Interface format. The specification for the file type is [login to view URL] it also includes some information services e.g. EPG/news updates but I'm just interested in the audio. I've attached a sample of a recording, it has some silent bits in it when the signal was lost on the radio and is a recording of Radio Romania International. To listen to it at the moment you need the DReaM software (attached) and follow the instructions on [login to view URL] in the DR111 Blog section. GUI not really needed just a simple command line tool that runs on Windows would be fine. Stephen
